PRE-RACE PACKET PICKUP
Saturday - October 11, 2008

Packet Pickup: We STRONGLY RECOMMEND you pick up your packet on Saturday the 11th.

1 to 5pm: Packet Pickup held at Triathlon LAB

You must bring a picture ID and your USAT card (if you are a member) when you check in.   No one can pick up your packet for you.

RACE DAY
Sunday - October 12, 2008
Hermosa Beach Pier

6:00am: Late packet pickup opens. You must bring a picture ID and your USAT card (if you are a member) when you check in.   No one can pick up your packet for you.
6:50am: Mandatory race meeting at the stage.
7:00am: Start
9:45am: Awards Ceremony


Pre Race Meeting
A mandatory pre-race meeting will take place at 6:50am at the stage to inform you about procedures and safety. All athletes are required to wear bike helmets! Some common disqualifications are glass in the transition area, helmet chinstrap not fastened and drafting.

Post Race Activities
All food, the race expo and awards will take place on the beach immediately following the event. Please be sure to remove your bike from the transition area as soon as possible.

Packet Pick-up
Race packet pack-up will take place on Saturday October 11, 2008 and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Packet pick-up will also be available Sunday morning. You must bring a picture ID and your USAT card (if you are a member) when you check in.   No one can pick up your packet for you.
