Event Deferment Form

The event deferment form must be completed 3 weeks prior to the event.

Once an athlete has completed the deferment form, they will automatically be removed from the current database and cannot be added back into the database for any reason.

The deferment form will guarantee the athletes registration in the following years event ONLY if they register during the Deferral Entry Week in the following year. All deferred athletes will receive an email prior to registration opening in 2009 with specific instructions on how to register.

Deferred athletes must pay the early registration entry fee when registering. There WILL NOT be refunds nor will any entry fees be transferred. There is no deferral fee.
